Terms and conditions
- All brand new products or parts will be covered under warranty by manufacturers.
- If a recently fitted new part fails and that is under warranty then that part will be covered under warranty. But you may have to pay for labour and House call fees.
- Our House Call Fee will be valid for 3 months for the same fault. You may have to pay for parts and labour. If fault or cause is different like its user fault then you will have to pay a new House Call Fee.
- You must inform us prior if you want to cancel the booking. If technician does a drive by then you will have to pay a House Call Fee.
- You may expect minor scratches on the floor or machine while the technician is working on your machine. Sometimes machines parts get so brittle they just break when someone touches them that will not be considered as technician fault.
- Please don't ask our technicians to take off their safety shoes. They must wear safety shoes while working on electrical appliances. This will save them from injury and electrical shock.
- If we are doing warranty work and the machine broke due to user fault then the customer should pay at the same time to the technician as this will not be covered by warranty.
